An Austin-based group wants to place a five-story, $40 million student housing complex at South 12th Street and Speight Avenue near Baylor University, where it would demolish a former H-E-B building and erect enough living units to accommodate 702 people and have a multistory parking garage.

We are always available to answer any questions you have about your animal’s health.  For our small animal patients we offer yearly vaccinations, wellness exams, and health checks for senior animals. We also offer microchipping which can be very beneficial in the event your pet is lost. Other services available include surgery (including orthopedics), radiographs, ultrasound, artificial insemination, blood transfusions, pregnancy checks, and dental care.  If your pet is traveling, we offer travel preparation and documentation.   Cottonwood Creek Veterinary Hospital has an extensive equine knowledge base. Our staff take pride in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat horse injuries and illnesses.   For our equine patients, we currently offer vaccinations, pre-purchase examinations, health certificates, coggins testing, reproduction and pregnancy checks, lameness examinations, and dental floats.  Our veterinarians also provide services for food animals.  We are able to help with herd management and provide routine services such as pregnancy checks, artificial insemination, vaccinations, cosmetic de-horning, dystocia, and C-sections.  Emergency after-hours services, including weekends and holidays, are available for all animals.
